A smooth medium roast, single origin coffee with tasting notes of caramel and citrus. Peru Decal is organic and decaffeinated by Swiss Water Process. No chemical additives. Grown by Cooperativa Agricola de Servicisios Norandino. It is of variety Caturra, Bourpon, Catuai, Pache, & Catimor at an altitude of 1100 - 1700M in caly materials soil and is gully washed and dried in the sun. Roasted on demand and packaged using an improved filter design stops coffee from shooting right through the middle, absorbing more grounds for a lively cup, without slowing down the brew time.
