The Refuge Medical Combat Lifesaver Kit is built with the exact contents specified by the United States Marine Corps, Our CLS Kit allows qualified personnel to treat common battlefield injuries including severe bleeding, sucking chest wounds, tension pneumothorax, shock, eye injuries, broken bones, burns, and more. The Refuge Medical CLS Kit works seamlessly with the MARCH-E algorithm to the allow the assessment and treatment of casualties in the most inhospitable environments around the globe.
Designed to be worn as part of the operational loadout of Combat Lifesaver-qualified personnel, the CLS Kit magnifies the capabilities of individual first aid kits and provides for a higher level of casualty care; The Combat Lifesaver is intended to provide an intermediate step between the buddy-aid-style basic life support taught to every soldier or marine, and the advanced life support skills taught only to US Army Combat Medics (MOS 68W) or similar personnel. The CLS Kit is intended to be fielded by at least one member of each squad-sized element.
The Refuge Medical Combat Lifesaver Kit uses premium military specification components from companies such as H&H Medical and North American Rescue housed in a torture-tested Made In America bag which can be attached to any MOLLE-capable belt, vest, or rucksack. Additionally, the CLS Kit can be mounted inside vehicles using the MOLLE webbing for on-the-go Combat Lifesaving capabilities.
